An innovative and dynamic B2B & B2C ‘growth hacker' is sought by a ground-breaking start-up in the fintech / Proptech market.

The role:
Your role is to accelerate our B2B partnership acquisition and growth within the Estate Agent, New Homes Developer and New Homes Asset Manager sectors, working closely with product and sales teams in achieving outsized ROI. You'll also be accountable for driving upper funnel B2C traffic and conversion of leads across both our property portals and social media outreach.
You'll be adept at thinking outside of the box, using conventional and non-conventional ways of generating leads and raising our profile in these vertices. You'll take on and own our relentless evangelistic drive to positioning OneDome as THE go to property lead generation and transaction specialist, making home buying faster, simpler and guaranteed – all under one roof. You will find optimal ways to grow our client base and enhance our conversion rate to sign up, with a focus on digital but solid through the line experience.
As our evangelist, you'll have a great understanding of our ‘why, able to connect with our client base, be responsible for brand integrity, campaign conceptualisation, copy creation and asset delivery. You'll be comfortable liaising with and managing external media partners and outsourced creative support to deliver on time, on budget and excellent ROI. This is a hands-on role, and would be advantageous if you are able to create and write some content yourself. The role requires a high performing self-starting, data and numbers obsessed marketing professional who is comfortable with working under high pressure and with high expectations from management and the company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who would look at creative ways to assist in achieving our aggressive 5-year growth plans.

From searching for properties to engaging with estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers - everything is done on one centralised consumer-centric platform.
In 2019, OneDome acquired Nethouseprices.com, one of the oldest and most trusted property search websites in the UK. OneDome's managed websites are among the most visited property websites in the UK, attracting nearly 3Mil monthly visits and generating 4 property enquiries from its customers every minute. We recently acquired CMME, one of the UK's largest directly authorised and specialist mortgage brokers in the UK. This further strengthens our ability to deliver faster transactions with a greater degree of certainty and control.

  • 3+ years of relevant, proven high performance marketing experience
  • Hands on expert in all digital acquisition channels
  • You talk almost exclusively in LTVs, CTRs, CPCs, ROI, conversion rates and event-based marketing
  • Excellent systems thinker and marketing problem solver with a strong eye for detail

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management, optimisation and reporting on all key digital acquisition channels
  • Ownership of all digital marketing channels, including content
  • Analysis and reporting on key marketing activities, daily, weekly, or as needed.
  • Drive key business metrics including leads and opportunities.
  • Manage and optimise key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action, lead-generation forms etc.
  • Take ownership of any website marketing assets, including the website landing pages, various product funnels, SEO and PPC landing pages
  • Competitive analysis and reporting
  • Manage all data inputs so we have a clear picture of the entire marketing machine
  • Optimise automation flows, primarily with Zapier and Intercom (we also use Salesforce)
