Customer Service Advisor: We are an e-commerce company supplying Motorcycle Clothing.
Job Role:
- Replying to customer email enquiries
- Booking in customer returns
- Arranging refunds for clients
- Listing products for sale on Ebay.
- Working with clients to resolve their issues to ensure we maintain a high level of customer feedback and review on our products
- There will be small elements that make up this job role too We are looking to fill the role with a start date as soon as possible.

Location:
Basford, Nottingham, NG7
Working:
Monday 6:30am to 4.30pm
Tuesday to Friday 08:30am-04:30pm.
Overtime will be required at busy times.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in customer service would be ideal, however, not essential.
- Experience working in an e-commerce, such as Amazon & Ebay selling would be great.
- Proven work experience within an organised and punctual environment.
