We want to hear from people who are passionate about customer service, possess a strong work ethic and a flexible approach. You’ll always be busy dealing with colleagues across the organisation to help customers with housing and repairs related matters. No one day is the same and you’ll find the work highly rewarding. If successful, you’ll be handling a diverse range of enquiries by phone and email using your excellent telephone manner and writing skills. A comprehensive training plan awaits the right candidate. Our induction programme requires you to work full-time hours in the office for the first 4/5 weeks. After this, you will work from home 3 days per week and in the office for 2 days per week.
Paradigm Housing Group, a Best Companies place to work, has several Customer Service Advisor roles available. The role is full-time working 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm
