Job Summary
TRS Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers and vendors. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurate, accurate, and timely. The position will also be responsible for ensuring that customer information is accurate and up to date.
Essential Duties
- Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors
- Answer inbound calls from customers and vendors
- Process orders from customers and vendors
- Provide information about orders to internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, etc.)
- Research issues for customers or respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with customer order fulfillment as needed
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry into our CRM system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and co-workers
- Work with the team to resolve issues as they arise
- Be open to feedback and suggestions from customers and co-workers on how we can improve our service offering
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with a demonstrated ability to listen carefully, speak thoughtfully, and solve problems.
- Strong phone skills & ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to handle multiple calls / tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team. Must be able to work independently on tasks / projects without direct supervision. Must be able to work under pressure / deadline without losing focus. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment. Must have a positive attitude & be friendly. Must be able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong computer skills including ability to learn new software quickly & proficient at use of technology. Must be able to work weekends/holidays when required.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £12.20 per hour
