We are an Ecommerce company supplying vehicle accessories based on the Slough Trading Estate, looking for the right candidate to join our hard working team.
Summary of Position:
- Processing orders and invoices.
- Answering telephone calls
- Taking orders over the phone
- Handling customer enquiries
- Data entry and updating of systems and spreadsheets
- Monitoring and optimising stock levels
- Picking and packing orders
Abilities:
- Experience working with Amazon and eBay.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAGE 50)
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Contribute additional value, ability to think laterally
- Must be good working under pressure to tight time scale
- Must be organised and efficient
- Knowledge of ecommerce would be advantageous.
Salary: competitive
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
