What Is The Role?
The role of Customer Service Advisor is a crucial one! You will be the first point of contact, the voice of the business, speaking to customers involved in a car accident. You will be taking the first notification of the accident, establishing what happened, who was at fault, and explaining next steps to the customer, guiding them through the process.
You will also arrange for repairs to be carried out at local garages, as well as tracking the progress of the repair, keeping customers up to date as required.
You will be representing our clients, and delivering an excellent service to their customers, who need your help!
What Do We Need From You?
Although call centre experience isn’t essential (it would be very beneficial!), you will need to be confident in dealing with calls relating to car accidents, and have a truly empathetic personality and able to remain calm in a difficult situation.
The customer is at the heart of what we do, and we need people that can put the customer first, and deliver the best possible to service to every customer you help.
Ability to work various shift patterns, our contact centre is currently open 7 days per week, and you will work either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, as well either 8am – 5pm or 9am-6pm on a weekend. Weekends are 1 in 3, and you will have weekdays off when you do these.
