Customer Service Advisor
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)
Salary 19.5k per Annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Sales Department at Complete Intacare Hygiene Ltd at our office based in Canvey Island
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Answer and make phone calls and respond to emails
- Process orders and quotes via Sage 200
- Resolve enquiries and complaints
- Build long lasting relationships with customers
- Cross-sell products and services
- Maintain customer records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Customer Service Advisor Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to listen, project empathy, and resolve complaints
- Able to meet sales and work quotas
- Be a team player
- Able to organise, prioritise, and multitask
- Positive and approachable manner
This is a maternity contract to be assessed after 12 months
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £19,500.00 per year

- Canvey Island, SS8 0EQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
