CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join us in our busy contact centre, based at our Support Office in Nottingham. You will be working as part of our inbound Customer Service team, delivering excellent care through every customer interaction.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be handling inbound calls from our customers and store colleagues, where you will need to actively listen, understand and support them with any queries, from receipt right through to resolution. This could be helping them with anything from; Boots.com, Advantage Card and Healthcare services queries.

In role you’ll be supported by our training team and mentors, to ensure you have all the knowledge, skills and confidence required.

For our Support Office team members, we can potentially consider a flexible, hybrid working approach, which includes a balanced mix of remote and office-based working. We are also able to consider part time applications for those who are able to work 25+ hours per week - both can be discussed after you have completed 6 weeks of training.

Full-time salary: £21,312.23
