JOB TITLE: Maintenance Joiner / Fabric Engineer
LOCATION: Trafford Shopping Centre, Manchester M17 8AA
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday – Friday on shift pattern 07:00 – 15:00 & 14:00 – 22:00, 40 hours per week
Also need to cover 1 weekend in 6 paid at time half overtime.
SALARY: £30,000 - £32,000
OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out and complete PPM tasks and reactive breakdown works around site. The role will be varied maintenance works and the successful candidate will need to be able to work within a maintenance team and support other trades which may include fabric, and plumbing tasks.
PPM duties include but are not limited fire door checks, basic joinery, pump inspections, basic plumbing, flagging and general fabric repairs.
Person Specification: The successful candidate will be able to work well within a team as well as on their own and will have a high level of experience as a facilities maintenance engineer and a sound knowledge of building systems.
