About us
Pedal Project is a small business in London. We are professional, customer-centric, engaging, and our goal is to get as many children as possible enjoying cycling. We try to create a friendly, fun and safe environment for children, aged 4 to 12+, to learn in. We have developed a methodology for teaching that gets children cycling without stabilisers in 3 one-hour sessions.

Responsibilities
- Replying to customer enquiries (email only)
- Employing clear, concise, well-written responses in reassuring customers (parents)
- Replying to enquiries in a prompt fashion
- Learning the fundamentals behind the Pedal Project operations
- Managing payroll duties
- Acting as the communication channel between parents and instructors onsite
- Learning how to use the booking system in order to edit bookings as required
- Reporting back on the day's emails over the phone
- Politeness and affability
You do not have to be a cycling expert/enthusiast to apply. All the practical skills you need to know will be taught on the job. You do need to have excellent writing ability.

Work from home with computer and reliable internet.
Typical Work Schedule
Courses are being taught every day of the school holidays and on weekends but enquiries come in everyday and need to be answered daily. The number of hours this requires would depend on the number of enquiries that come in. This generally works out to a minimum of 3 hours a day split into a morning session and evening one.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
