Job description
- The chosen candidate will be partaking in a range of tasks within the office, working alongside a team of hard-working individuals to ensure the company runs efficiently.
WORKING HOURS:-
Basic hours will be 09:00 to 17:30 hours however there may be some flexibility with this if suitable for the candidate.
DUTIES INCLUDE:-
- Answering customer's emails in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Providing quotations and raising invoices on a computerised system.
- Confidently answering telephone enquiries with a positive tone.
- Liaising with drivers to provide sufficient information on works being completed.
- Working with emails and spreadsheets to supply information to customers or colleagues.

- A very good level of spoken and written English.
- A dynamic individual with the confidence to raise new ideas where there may be potential to improve the business.
- Someone who is capable to effectively use technology such as computers and mobile phones.
- Readiness to obtain a decent understanding of the company's activities to provide customers with suitable advice where possible.
- A keen eye for detail to uphold professionality.
- Skills to work well and communicate in a team to meet deadlines and complete work to the required standard.
- A strong ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
