Online counselling, Childline email, information and advice, self-help tools, Ask Sam and message boards on the website, and social media are vital Childline services which must be appropriate and safeguarding risks managed.

As Website Supervisor you will use your knowledge and understanding of Childline’s digital offering to monitor and moderate user generated content across the Childline website and Social Media channels, assessing risk, and escalating content where required. You will have experience of risk assessment and safeguarding in the online environment to enable you to ensure safeguarding concerns are responded to quickly and effectively, and be proficient in analysing information and creating reports.

This is a vital and exciting role with the opportunity to help review and improve processes and contribute to the development of new services and procedures. A full job description and person specification is attached, and for more information please contact [email protected]
