Bartender

Healing Manor Hotel is a prestigious venue in Northeast Lincolnshire with an excellent reputation locally for delivering beautiful functions such as weddings, Christenings, wakes, corporate functions and more. Our Bar Team will report the Operations Management Team. You will oversee all of the role activities and uphold the hotel’s reputation and deliver exceptional and memorable service to all customers.

In this hands-on role working a 4-day working week , your main duties and responsibilities will be.

  • Operating and maintain all bar activities throughout a shift.
  • Cocktail making and Barista Tea and Coffee making (training provided)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to learn and deliver on 2 rosette standards.
  • Learn wine menu for suggestions.
  • Stock rotation and refilling of bars and organisation of cellars
  • Bars clean down and set up duties and responsibilities.
  • Handling customer orders and providing payment and room billing for residents.
  • Working large events bar services
  • Cleaning lines and operating kegs and gas operations
  • Maintaining licensing regulations and adhering to all guidelines
  • Following all process and procedures to the healing manor hotel standards

Experience

· A background in hospitality and/or events ideal but not essential

· A proven track record in hospitality or customer service success

· Experience of working in front of house operations

· The experience to manage client expectations

· The knowledge and capability to meet all 2-star rosette standards

· Outstanding eye for detail

· Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £7.60-£11.00 per hour
