With greater volume of customers, hotels, products and source markets, we are looking for energetic and organised executives to support a range of the departmental activities. These will be multi skilled roles and have contact with internal departments and external partners on everything from safety and security, risk and compliance, quality and standards, business resilience and crisis management. Whilst some experience in these areas would be great, a desire to learn, a dedication to quality, a passion for people and an ability to connect and communicate (particularly in European languages) are much more important.

What you’ll be doing:

The Customer Safety Executive is part of the Customer Safety & Wellbeing Team in the Customer and Operations function. The Customer Operation and Operations function includes Safety, Security, Operations, Customer Experience, Communications and Portfolio Delivery. Its purpose is to support that easyJet holidays has a safe and responsible approach to the protection of its customers.


The Customer Safety & Executive is responsible for the administration and co-ordination safety and security processes, communications, data and evidence. The role is key to ensuring that Customer Safety duties that include incident investigation, management and resolution are undertaken and continuously improved in line with our policies and procedures in addition to supporting supplier management and approvals.

The role will work closely with colleagues in Customer & Operations, Legal and Group Safety. The Customer Safety Executive reports to the easyJet holidays Head of Customer Safety & Wellbeing.

What you’ll bring to the team:

A candidate with an ability to work in a demanding multi skilled environment with timeline pressures, with a confident and articulate manner, with excellent written and verbal communications at all levels from front-line personnel to the senior management – internal and external

You will be confident in dealing with difficult situations with a high degree of personal / professional flexibility with exceptional organisational, administration and time management skills.

A person with accuracy and attention to detail when working under pressure

HOURS OF WORK

This is a hybrid role. Based in Luton and working from home. The nature of the role means there may be irregular hours required to effectively support Incident & Crises and will be required to participate in the Incident & Crises on call rota.
