About you:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a true passion for the Italian cuisine. The restaurant it’s a new opening! A little gem with 40 seats in the heart of one of the most prestigious areas of London. The offering is casual Italian cuisine with a great selection including our authentic Pizzas and other delicious main courses.
This is a hands-on, people focused role. The main objectives are to drive and develop the team, putting the customers first, providing the best food, service, and atmosphere possible with a big focus on quality and consistency!
A high degree of knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential for the role.
