Customer Retentions Advisor - Manchester - Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 home
Salary: £28,500 - £32,500 depending on experience
We are working with a motor finance company and helping them staff a new office in Manchester. Your role will be to ensure all written or verbal complaints are managed within the required deadlines and FCA requirements. You will also be required to help identify trends and opportunities for service improvement and provide feedback to improve the customer experience and customer retention.
JOB ROLE
- Deal with all customer complaints in a timely, efficient manner
- Comply with all company procedures and standards, relevant legislation
- Monitor performance on Service and Quality Commitments
- Carry out analysis of complaints data trends
ESSENTIAL CORE SKILLS
- Experience within the Motor Finance/Asset Finance sector is essential
- Strong telephone, written and oral communication manner
- Strong negotiation and decision-making ability
- Be pro-active, able to prioritize, a team-player, and have excellent attention to detail.
