We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about leading the delivery of high quality services and optimising care. You will join our innovative and forward thinking team of Allied Health Professionals who work in a supportive environment with strong quality focus. You will be responsible for the professional and clinical leadership of our fantastic team (5 WTE Occupational Therapists and 1.5 WTE Assistants). As a team leader, you will have the opportunity work both operationally and clinically. Our main base in Liverpool was newly opened in 2020 and provides modern, excellently equipped office and clinical areas.
You will be able to adapt to change and unpredictable situations and will have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, team working, and problem solving skills.
