We are seeking a full time customer service and Bookings Executive to help generate bookings, provide adminastrative support and demonstrate outstanding customer service day to day within the studio.

The Company

Having significantly expanded over the last few years, running Milton Keynes and Northampton's largest photography studios, we are now excited to be opening a new studio in Oxford.

The Role & Responsibilities

This is a blend of a service and a sales role. With an informative and customer lead sales style, you will be introducing our company and explaining the experience to local families and booking them into our diary. As you will predominantly be talking with mums about their family and babies, a genuine interest in children is a must. Our call types are a mixture of warm and hot leads and those who have come from a telesales background will instantly find how easy and engaged the customers are on the phone.

In addition to this your role will include:

Managing the end-to-end customer journey.

Answering the phone and taking bookings and dealing with day to day queries.

Hospitality - Meeting and greeting people as they arrive at the studio.

Outbound sales calls.

Normal daily housekeeping duties in the studio.

Skills

The ideal candidate will need:

An outgoing personality and be easy to talk to To enjoy chatting with mums about their families and babies

Productive nature - It is a fast paced environment and you will need to be used to operating at pace.

To be computer literate

Experience or confidence to work consistently on the phone, making outbound photoshoot bookings calls

Salary £22,000 - 25,000 per annum.

Hours/Schedule Working 40 hours a week across 5 days, including some weekends. Job Type: Full-time
