We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently will be critical, as well as in a team environment. As we are a small company, the ability to multi-task will be essential, and work together to get orders fulfilled and issues resolved. A background in electrical knowledge would be preferred to support your work or a willingness to learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and handle complaints and difficulties in a professional, efficient way.
- Provide accurate technical support regarding our products and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and product storage.
- Organize and categorize returned products and repack returned items working independently to get jobs done..
- Liaise with our warehouse regarding logistics postage and dispatch.
- Report and consult with the manager to resolve cases and situations.
- Learn basic consultation skills for small residential heating projects
- Organize and check products if they are faulty and repack products and drive to deliver them 20 mins to the warehouse.
- Office computer work. Tracking products and booking couriers and solving delivery issues and booking in orders.
- Learn and study to make residential and finally commercial quotes for our clients calculating best solutions and power requirements etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00 per year
