We are looking for a customer service assistant to join our team. We are a busy car accessories company, who specialise in creating bespoke interior protection for vehicles.
The role will consist of taking phone calls, replying to emails and answering tickets to solve problems and give advice on products. You'll be required to take orders and handle payment details. You'll also be required to problem-solve, working with our experienced team to provide commercially effective decisions.
We have a large range of products, so you must also be a quick learner! We will provide full and ongoing training.

- Good English skills, both written and verbal
- Good telephone manner
- Motivated and forward-thinking
- Able to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Good IT skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Keen eye for detail
