Are you a highly motivated, professional and forward-thinking manager and leader with a desire to make a difference?

Broadmeadow Infant School is looking for a Senior Office Manager to join our developing school. This is a critical role in the operation of our school and includes responsibility for:

  • line management of the school office staff
  • oversight of all school office processes and procedures
  • HR (form raiser)
  • admissions and in year movement
  • governance and compliance including single central record and school policies
  • support to Senior Leadership Team and Governors
  • finance (order processing, invoicing)

We are looking for a professional and skilled individual who has the passion and energy to work in our busy school support team.

You will need to have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills and be fully proficient in the use of variety of IT systems including MS Office.

You will have ideally had experience of leading a team. We are a forward thinking team, and require a leader who can drive and support change with the ability to take on ad hoc school projects.

You will need to be able to form positive relationships with our children, staff, parents, governors, and visitors. You will need to be flexible, with a willingness to work across all sites of the school, responding to priorities and problem solving as required.
