Role Summary

To support business performance and create business advantage, we are recruiting an ambitious innovative Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated and inspirational Sales Team.

This role is central in driving organisational sales leads to achieve & continuously improvement operation targets. Adopting a consultative approach, your primary goal is to support existing and new customers with any assistance requirements to ensure that customers are satisfied with our service or products.

As the first point of contact for customers seeking to obtain advice & services from our award-winning organisation, you will provide a high-quality service to all internal & external stakeholders. This will comprise of handling inbound & outbound calls, recording data utilising our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce), facilitating customer visits, and undertaking a range of processing sales tasks.

The ideal candidate must have an enthusiasm to exceed expectation & have an ability to build long lasting professional relationships. Career development training will be provided from the outset & regularly reviewed to support personal & business performance objectives.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • A degree is not essential for this role; however, evidence of related field qualifications or proven track record as a Customer Service Advisor.
  • A professional approachable personality that translates well across all communication methods.
  • A people centric person who has the ability to quickly build & develop a professional rapport with stakeholders.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Salesforce).
  • Effective listening and questioning skills.
  • Well organised and able to work at pace in a busy customer service & sales environment.
  • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines.
