Key Responsibilities:
- Logging/Ticketing Incoming Requests
- Answer all queries efficiently via email and/or telephone.
- Administer and maintain corporate customer infrastructure both onsite and hosted within Microsoft 365
- Server administration; monitoring, maintenance, and support.
- Onsite Support as and when required by customers
- Updating technical documentation

- Azure AD and Microsoft 365
- Strong Customer Service Skills
Salary and benefits will be dependant on experience and skill set.

Salary: £18,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
