Job description
Location: Wincanton
We are recruiting for a customer service assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton.
This is a full-time role to work 5 days a week as part of the Garden Sundries department.
Requirements
Duties will include:- Using the tills
- Helping customers with product enquiries and taking orders
- Using your detailed knowledge of the products in your department to increase sales
- Ensuring product layout is maintained to high standards
- Stock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries
- Merchandising stock in line with company guidelines
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be computer literate including Excel and PowerPoint
- Have warehouse experience including picking and packing of stock
- Be a strong team player
- Be able to work on your own using your initiative
Hours
This is a full-time, permanent role to work 5 days per week.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am – 5.45pm
Sunday 9am – 4.45pm
