Customer Service Executive
The Company:

Memory Division – Memory Cards, USB Flash Drives, USB Card Readers, DRAM, SSD Hard Drives, Encrypted USB Drives, Encrypted SSD Drives and Industrial Memory solutions for a wide range of uses and applications including Computers, Mobile Phones, Cameras, Servers, Drones, Gaming Memory, Dashcams, Military, and Industrial etc.
LED Lighting Division – Lamps, Downlights, Panels, Strips, Luminaires, and Drivers for home, business and industrial applications.
Our award winning products are sold by resellers in more than 50 countries worldwide and trusted by large corporates, government departments and educational institutions.
The company is currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is rolling out a new e-commerce platform across Europe with further plans to expand to the US. We’ve seen our Memory business expand over 300% on Amazon in the past 12 months.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Executive you will support the sales team in its day-to-day functions ensuring that all main responsibilities are met to enable the sales department to run at optimum efficiency.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer issues are handled with the utmost professionalism and care
- Processing sales orders at a fast and accurate pace to ensure order deadlines are met
- Responding to customer queries and ensuring follow-up actions are completed within the promised time scales
- Issuing and following up RMAs on a daily basis and in a timely manner, ensuring fast liaison with the warehouse
- Creating miscellaneous invoices/credit notes
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and communicating effectively with Sales Team both in the UK and in our overseas offices
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Maintain and keep up to date with product knowledge and be technically aware
- Inbound calls and administration cover when required
- Helping salespeople with quotes and presentations if required
- Any other duties as requested by the company from time to time
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service or customer facing role
- Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-centric mind-set
- Possess a customer service driven attitude and friendly customer orientated approach
- Critical thinking and organisational skills to handle a variety of situations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Good attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- At least 2 A Level passes or Diploma
- Must live within an easy commuting distance to NW10
