Customer Orders Advisor
Salary: £21,670 - £23,000, depending on experience.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm plus a minimum of one Saturday a month from 9:00am – 1:00pm (paid at time and a half)
Location: Horsham, West Sussex. Flexible working options available.

What are we looking for?
Telecom Acquisitions, are seeking a customer focussed individual, to work in a lively, fast pace office. You will be the first point of contact for customers with new installations - providing excellent service by assisting with them through the process of their installation right through to completion.
Customer Orders Key Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day requires of customers order and queries, over the phone, via email or on webchat- Demonstrate high levels of customer focus
- Develop a strong understanding of products, processes, systems and customer needs (training given)
- Processing and tracking customers installations
- Enquires are dealt with in a quick and efficient manner
- Meeting all agreed service targets and KPI’s while delivering excellent customer service
- Liaise with both internal and external customers
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Accurately entering and keeping customer details updated on inhouse database
- Selling additional products to meet customer needs
What do we need from you?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience working to targets and deadlines
- Computer literate.
- Self-motivated
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise efficiently
- Be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to completing tasks
- Ideally phone -based customer service experience
- Ability to empathise
- Customer Centric team player
- Experience of telecoms advantageous
