Would you love to show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time? Well, this could be your opportunity!

We’re on the lookout for candidates who have availability to do freelance property appointments in their spare time. Viewber Member assignments can include Property Viewings, Open House Viewings, Basic Photography (using a camera phone), Professional Photography, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Property Visits, Sit & Wait Appointments, Floor Plans and 360 Tours.

Payment starts at £12 per hour, which is based on our 30-minute “Viewing Lite” appointments. We also have Standard 30-minute Viewing appointments which offer £18 per hour. Viewber Members are emailed each appointment invitation and are then free to choose whether the assignment is suitable for them or not and accept or reject it accordingly.

We are advertising this role throughout Scotland, however once registered you will be asked to advise us of the maximum mileage you are willing to travel. You would then only be sent appointment invitations within this maximum radius from your home.

No prior experience working within the property industry is required but applicants must have excellent communication skills, be punctual and reliable and feel comfortable working alone. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is extremely important. You will also need to show proof of a basic disclosure and barring check (DBS) which is dated within the last three years.
