Pay Scale:
- Up to $19 per hour
- Sign on Bonus for New Hires ($1,000 for FT)
Hours Available:
- Morning, Mid and Night shifts
- Full-Time
Position Location: Lakewood, NJ 08701 - Not Remote

What You Will Be Doing:
The call center is responsible for scheduling, canceling and confirming appointments. You will be working directly with the many facilities and hospitals that we are partnered with via phone and/or email. You will also be responsible for ensuring operational standards are met with field employees per certain appointments made.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a professional manner to ensure the best customer service
- Accurate data entry of patients information and facility information
- Multitask by answering the phone, emailing, charting and following up/verifying information was given correctly
- Follow up with appointments for the next business day to confirm or cancel
- Learn and understand the concept of Logisticare and how to advise Medicaid patients on transportation options
- Open communication between Dispatch, Supervisors and your Communications Supervisor
- Protects the privacy of all patient information in accordance with the Company’s privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state laws, and in accordance with general principles of professionalism as a healthcare provider
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willing to submit a drug test and background check
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Transportation to and from work
The Experience We Prefer:
- Customer service background
- Charting/EPRO knowledge
- Logisticare knowledge
- Curaspan knowledge
- Administrative office experience
