  • Pavilion are looking for an experienced Gallery Manager for its newly opening flagship gallery in the centre of Royal Leamington Spa. Pavilion is a collaboration with Rickett Architects, a Chartered Architects studio with 50yrs trading experience, primarily in the high end residential and retail sectors. Pavilion gallery will be shared with the architect’s studio in a unique and carefully crafted gallery space which aims to raise the standards of the high street retail environment.
  • With a broad range of international artists, Pavilion will curate a diverse collection of exciting originals and limited editions in all range of mediums. Whether one is a seasoned collector or a casual art enthusiast, Pavilion is the perfect environment to engage in and appreciate the works of today's up and coming, as well as established artists.
  • This unique opportunity requires a unique team. Autonomy of purpose, dynamism and a willingness to go the extra mile are prerequisites of team members. The opportunity to orchestrate innovative events will be part of the job role, delivering unique experiences to art enthusiasts that will immerse them in the beauty and creativity of contemporary fine art.
  • The gallery fit out is now underway, with the opening date set for the end of August 2023, Pavilion are keen to employ the right candidate, one seeking the opportunity to contribute to this exciting concept and capable of establishing themselves within an expanding venture.

Opportunity:

  • As an expert Gallery Manager, establish deep connections with clients and provide them with a personalized and tailored service. Share your profound passion for our exclusive original paintings, limited editions, sculptures, and collectible masterpieces, as we strive to offer something unique for every discerning art lover.
  • Unleash your sales prowess by introducing add-on sales and achieving maximum sales potential aligned with both individual and gallery targets.
  • Conduct consultation services directly in the clients' homes or offices, consistently upholding a professional and personable approach.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of our artists and their works, enabling you to confidently and eloquently engage with clients, sharing insights about our remarkable collections.
  • Organize exclusive touring artist events and exhibitions within the gallery, creating an atmosphere of exclusivity and artistic wonder.
  • Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and retail practices within the gallery.
  • Possess comprehensive familiarity with selling systems, cash and credit procedures.
  • Adhere to all stock management protocols.
  • Reporting upline, you will foster the development and motivation of your team while identifying opportunities for expanding your gallery's client base.

  • This is a full-time position, requiring a flexible working pattern of 5 days over a 7-day week, including occasional participation in artist touring events and exhibitions.
  • A valid driving license is essential for conducting home approvals.
