Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? An exciting opportunity has arisen within our sales and customer service team.
Destiny Entertainments is currently looking for a permanent full-time position to enhance the workforce in our sales and customer service team. We are a growing company and take pride in giving our customers the best possible service.
The position will be full-time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will have the confidence and ability to provide fantastic customer service. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities of the role
- Deliver exemplary customer service
- Enthusiastically and passionately conversing with customers
- Interacting with customers via email, phone, live chat, social media, and occasionally in-person
- Responding to customer issues
- Giving product advice
- Cash handling
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
The ideal candidate
- Passionate to help and support our customers
- Experience within a sales/service environment
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Maintaining a positive working environment
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Have good computer skills
- Literate and numerate with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the products that we provide (training provided on-the-job, if needed)

ElectroMarket is our retail brand. We product and sell consumer electronics, as well as DJ and entertainment equipment.
Audio Installations specialises in audio equipment for installations in schools, restaurants, offices and homes.
Stage Concepts supplies equipment for live performances in schools, product launches, concerts and more. Whether that is staging, trussing, roof systems, PA systems or alike, we supply the equipment to make it happen.
