We're looking for someone who works well with others, has a strong commitment to customer service and has strong communication skills. A weekend Receptionist at our firm will be responsible for answering phones, using company policies to solve customer issues, and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. The right individual will have a passion for hospitality and enjoy a flexible schedule as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and greet incoming callers.
- Answer questions and direct callers to the appropriate department.
- Be available to answer questions.
- Provide support to both customers and other staff members.
- Answer email, scan documents, and photocopy files.
- Deal with disgruntled customers.
- Calculate basic sums of money.
- Use a word processor.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £11.95 per hour
