We are looking for the right people who seek development and opportunity to join our customer support team as a customer service advisor. You will be dealing with existing customer queries with the aim of providing an excellent overall experience, seeking upselling opportunities and ensuring customers are fully aware of additional benefits available to them.
Hours: Mon- Fri (8:30 - 4:30), 1 Late per week (12-8), 1 in 6 Saturdays (9-4) 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £25k + Bonus

Your Core Focus as a Customer service advisor:
· Outbound calling to welcome new customers and provide an excellent level of service and information required to onboard new clients
· Utilising retentions tools to retain and improve customer relations
· Answering inbound calls and supporting with customer queries
· Maintaining an accurate database by entering and updating client information
· Identifying, advising, and selling our products and services to existing clients with the aim of protecting families
· Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
· Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments
· Identifying and referring any customer issues/queries to the respective departments
About you:
· Previous experience working in an ambitious, performance driven and customer centric environment
· Good communicator, both written and spoken
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work calmly under pressure
· Ideally, familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and principles
· Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
· Self-starter with a positive attitude
· Self-development orientated
