Core Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this position are:
Drives company vehicles to transport guests on and off property within the designated range from the resort.
Maintains fleet of Stanly Ranch Vehicles; pre-flights vehicles before putting into daily service, by taking detailed inspection notes; keeps exterior of vehicle clean as well as interior, seats, steps and floors; immediately reports any and all mechanical failures to supervisor.
Maintains fleet to ensure all guest driven vehicles are fully charged and or kept above half a tank.
May be required to run special errands on or off property at the direction of management.
Refrains from driving in tight areas that may cause damage to the exterior of the vehicle.
Sanitizes and cleans all interior and exterior surfaces to ensure guests and drivers are safe.
Must be knowledgeable about all resort activities, outlets, services and the local area.
Service with warmth and efficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driver's record
Must have a passion for providing exemplary guest service
Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and designated resort data
Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department’s needs
PReferred Qualifications:
Knowledgeable about Napa Valley and surroundings
High school or equivalent
Hotel experience: 1 year
