Cakesmiths, the UK's leading independent baker of innovative and award-winning traybakes and cake, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Bristol-based team.
Specialising in the coffee shop sector, Cakesmiths have and continue to rapidly expand. Due to our continual growth, we are looking for a passionate and caring individual to become an integral part of our Customer Service team.
Day to day you will be:
- Speaking with our customers via the phone and email (Inbound and Outbound calls)
- Placing orders via procurement systems (Saffron/procure wizard etc.)
- Tackling delivery issues and communicating with our 3rd party courier
- Dealing with complaints both over the phone and via email.
- Email communications with internal and external parties
Essential Qualities:
- Attention to detail
- Working within a team, but also happy to work independently on projects.
- Willingness to help across departments
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Word/Excel
- 3+ years of experience within customer service
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience within the food sector (including food quality enquires)
- Experience using CRM systems (Hubspot beneficial)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
