CX Associate

The Role
In your role, you will work from your dedicated quiet home working space and answer calls on behalf of businesses. You will assist with message taking, call transfers, order taking, appointment scheduling, and more. Above all, you are trusted to give every caller a fantastic experience.
- Deliver happiness. You will create connections with customers and use emotional intelligence skills to satisfy their needs.

- Flexibility. You will self-schedule 40 hours per week from a variety of available shifts. As a 365/24/7 business, flexibility is at our core.

About you
- You will be within 1.5 hours distance from Edinburgh City Centre.
- You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are confident in navigating yourself around different computer systems.
- You thrive in a fast paced environment.
- You have a desire to learn
- You will have access to your own computer or laptop.
