We’re looking for individuals who possess high energy and passion, and are all-in, collaborative and forward-thinking. The opportunity for personal and professional growth is momentous
We are looking for an experienced, driven and commercial Account Manager who can demonstrate sales success within a subscription business model and a track record of managing and growing key accounts in a B2B environment.
You will spend time devising and implementing strategic engagement plans to reach a range of audiences across your accounts. And in each interaction, you will proactively demonstrate and live the Retail Trust’s beliefs and behaviours, both internally and externally.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a B2B environment.
- Experience of successfully employing a consultative selling approach.
- A background of sales success within a subscription business model.
- Evidence of closing opportunities with a short and long lead time.
- Experience meeting and presenting to senior level executives.
- Strong networking skills – with internal colleagues but also at external events.
- Ability to identify client’s key business objectives & deliver a compelling value proposition as a solution.
You will be expected to achieve and exceed KPIs for activities and performance so the ability to be self-motivated within a fast-paced environment is key.
We look after you by providing you with:
- A pension scheme of up to 9% employer contributions.
- Market-leading wellbeing and perks package which includes:

- A health cash plan, allowing you to claim back on the cost of a number of services such as optical, dental, medical.
- Access to a free counselling and support phoneline.
- The day off to celebrate your birthday.
- Enhanced family friendly benefits including up to ten days compassionate leave per year, three months full maternity pay, and two weeks full paternity pay.
