IKEA Greenwich are looking to welcome Customer Relations Assistants to join our fantastic Customer Services team. We are looking for self-thriving, problem solvers who aren’t shy to learn and work with multiple systems and tools. The ideal candidate should be confident in conversing across various channels while engaging with our customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where each day is different, the primary function of the role will be administration and helping solve customer issues.
Expected Starting Date: 2nd June 2023
WHAT WE OFFER
20 hours working 5 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
30 hours working 5 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, 2 late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Complete refunds and exchanges in a timely manner
- Provide quality customer support to secure a great customer experience while building trust in the IKEA brand.
- Be competent with IT , Microsoft office, using the internet and relevant programmes to support the customer experience.
- Stay updated on IKEA products, services, commercial priorities, activities to steer sales.
- Be committed to IKEA social and environmental commitments to sustainability.
- Capture relevant customer insights to improve the IKEA customer experience.
