Agency Registered Learning Disability Nurse - Llanarth Court, Usk - Days/Nights - Up to £32.54

Llanarth Court is a leading facility offering specialized care for males and females with mental illnesses and/or personality disorders, as well as males with intellectual/learning disabilities. Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with learning disabilities and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer appropriate treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting their well-being and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for individuals with complex needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as required.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing qualifications and registration as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
• Proven experience in providing care for individuals with intellectual/learning disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach.
