Different start times are available, we will work with you to try to meet your scheduling needs. Our hiring process is easy! What to expect at the job fair?

If a candidate has not already applied for a position with Foster Farms online, they will be instructed to apply using their own smart device using our direct URL Code.

Candidates may also be required to complete additional paper documentation after the online application is submitted.

Following a successful interview with our HR Team Member, an offer for employment can be made and a drug test will be conducted along with a request for a background check. All offers are contingent on passing both post offer pre-employment drug screening and background check.

After successful completion of the drug screening and background check candidates will be scheduled for New Hire Orientation!

You will need to bring a photo identification card and at least one document that verifies work authorization with you on the day of the job fair.

Job Details and Requirements:

Available positions pay $15.55-$26.65 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, offers also include benefits eligibility in medical, dental, vision plans (for you and eligible family members), life insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401k, and sick hours. Career paths are also available for those interested in positions of greater responsibility in the future!

Qualifications include but not limited to:

Repetitive grasping/pushing motions, over the shoulder reaching, frequent bending required.

Must be able to work in a cold, damp environment.

Some positions require lifting anywhere from 15 to 80 pounds on a frequent basis.

Some position may require he ability to push or pull anywhere from 15 to 80 pounds.

Physical lifting requirement varies by position.

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hrs.) on concrete/metal grated floor.

Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check and drug test.
