Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to act as a legacy mentor for Occupational Therapists who are new into the working age adult CMHT. You will work as a care co-ordinator alongside new recruits into the CMHT who will be on a development path to band 6.
It is anticipated that you will support people for a minimum of 2 years at which stage you will then continue to work as a care co-ordinator, but with opportunities to continue to play an active role in the development of Occupational Therapists in the service.
