P&O are continuing to grow, and we are looking for an exceptional Customer Operations Agency to join us here at the Gatehouse in Hull

With this role you will be supporting the management team to deliver an efficient port operation to customers.
Please note that this role includes shift work (11 weeks pattern including weekends as per rota) plus indoor and outdoor duties in all weather.)
What does the job involve?
- Receiving and forwarding freight units/enter cargo information accurately
- Receiving and processing dangerous goods documentation
- Receiving and processing relevant customs documentation
- Checking and verifying labelling on dangerous goods shipments, highlighting any concerns to management
- Checking-in and processing driver accompanied freight vehicles
What skills make you a good fit for this role?
- Good communication skills and able to provide a high level of customer service.
- Accurate data entry skills plus the ability to carry out other administration duties
- Ability to work under pressure, and flexible to meet business demands.
- Health & Safety awareness
- Full UK Driving Licence
