Our Customer Experience Ambassadors are the welcoming face of the estate and are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
The role of a Customer Experience Ambassador is to provide an intuitive and personalised service to all visiting guests.
The Customer Experience Ambassador will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional experiences through every interaction with guests, clients, and colleagues across the estate.
Our ideal candidate will be positive, outgoing, engaging and really enjoy working closely with members of the public. This role is based outside in all weather, and the team members will be working without direct supervision, so applicants must be confident and comfortable with this aspect of the role. This role is also based on a 50 hour working week (Monday to Friday only).
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, they must be flexible, very reliable and able to take responsibility for themselves and their work. There will be times in this role where there will be a need to find solutions quickly and be able to think creatively in order to be successful in this. Attention to detail and previous experience in resolving difficult situations with people is also highly desirable in this role.
