Salary Guide: £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
Summary
A great architectural practice in Central London is looking for a talented Graduate Landscape Architectural Assistant to join their in house Landscape team of 10-12 people. The practice offers hybrid working, with 1 day working from home and 4 days in their lovely office with some flexible working hours.
The right person must have:
- Graduated at least one year ago, and have some experience within a practice already
- Have a well presented portfolio to show of their graphical presentation skills and also their experience on live projects
- Initial knowledge of planning policy and specifications
- Some experience using AutoCAD, GIS and Adobe Suite, if you have good Revit skills please also highlight this in your application
- Experience preparing presentations and reports for UK planning applications
- Clarity and confidence in communication, a passion for design and self-motivation
Desirable:
- Ability to use Revit
- A passion for the industry and what you do
- Ambition, to grow and potentially become CMLI chartered down the line
