Their duties include locating items in warehouses, packing goods into containers and updating customer invoices.Locating the correct goods as per customer orders using barcodes and serial numbersUsing warehouse machinery to move goods from storage areas to packaging areasInspecting goods for damage or faults before they are packedUsing industrial packaging materials, such as cardboard boxes, wooden pallets and bubble wrap to safely and securely package goodsLoading packaged goods into boxes for shippingCompleting paperwork or entering data into software to allow orders to be trackedEnsuring that storage areas are kept fully stocked at all timesFollowing health and safety policies and procedures in the warehouseJob Type: Part-timeSalary: Up to £12.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 30 per weekBenefits:Employee discountFree parkingOn-site parkingStore discountFlexible Language Requirement:English not requiredSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: In person
