Customer Delight Executive – KIA
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 100 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world class customer service. This role comes with a very easily achievable OTE of over £29,000 per annum.
We believe our working hours are class leading. You will work 5 days per week, an average of 42.5 hours per week covering Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week.
What we offer Customer Delight Executives:
Working hours that are 5 days per week on a rota basis that covers between 8.00am – 6.30pm, you will cover Mondays to Saturday with a day off in the week.

We offer uncapped commission for all the add on products you sell.
30 days annual leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during your annual leave.

About the Business
Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 100 car dealers in the country, with an ambition to be in the top 50 very soon. Across our 16 businesses we have a stable workforce of over 400 people, many of whom have been with us for years. About You
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing a world class customer experience. You will be responsible for handing the car over to the customer and making the experience as memorable as possible. We live by the mantra that we have one standard and it is world class. You will also have full responsibility for coordinating the photography and videos on all our new and used cars. This will involve taking the best photos and the best narrated videos, its important you are confident and enjoy bringing our adverts to life, we want to make a measurable difference between us and our competitors.
We are looking for an individual with excellent organisation skills and someone who is able to ensure Customers are offered all additional enhancements and protections such as service plans, paint and fabric protection, manufacture accessories and other items that a customer may require.
We need you to want to be the best, with a real top one percent mindset, you be committed to expanding your product knowledge through a variety of training channels and be compliant with all Sales Department procedures.
