Experienced Part Time Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
Brighouse Wolff are a long established Partnership of Estate Agents, Solicitors and Surveyors, with offices in Ormskirk & Skelmersdale.
A vacancy has arisen for a Part Time Sales & Lettings Negotiator at our busy Aughton Street, Ormskirk office.
The majority of the position will be office based assisting with all aspects of Residential Sales & Lettings including Negotiation.
Some viewing cover to show prospective purchasers & tenants around our listings will also be required.
As well as a clean driving licence and own car (Generous mileage allowance included), the ideal candidate would have;
· Previous estate agency experience
· The ambition to be part of a successful team.
· Computer knowledge and knowledge of Estate Agency systems (Ideally Vebra Alto)
· Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
· Knowledge of the residential sales and lettings market
· Be able to offer weekend and holiday cover.
· Have knowledge of GDPR & AML regulations.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-14 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
