Due to rapid growth, they’re looking for someone to join their customer support team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide a first class, personable service to the investors.
• Work closely with the head of investors and the sales support team.
• Resolve verbal, email and written queries from investors.
• Use your initiative to propose improvements by gathering feedback to enhance the client experience.

What you’ll need to apply:

• Previous experience working towards targets and KPI’s.
• Experience with CRMs is desirable but not essential.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
