We are proud to be working with a global leading Investment firm. Not only are they experts within the Financial Services, they’re also B Corp certified, meaning they care not only about the investments they make but also the positive impact the returns generate. Due to rapid growth, they’re looking for someone to join their customer support team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide a first class, personable service to the investors.
- Work closely with the head of investors and the sales support team.
- Resolve verbal, email and written queries from investors.
- Use your initiative to propose improvements by gathering feedback to enhance the client experience.
What you’ll need to apply:
- Previous experience working towards targets and KPI’s.
- Experience with CRMs is desirable but not essential.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
