T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Customer Care Agent to join our team, based in our Leatherhead Office.
- £24,000 per Annum (Starting Salary Only)
- 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme

What will you be doing?
As part of the Customer Care Centre, our Customer Care Agents are expected to provide an exceptional experience on all inbound calls to the business.
The successful Customer Care Agent will be able to advise residents on works to being carried out, book appointments as necessary as well as pass on calls throughout the business and answer inbound enquiries.
What do you need?
· Good level of spoken English
· Excellent communication skills
· Previous Customer Service experience
· Experience of High Volume, High Pressure Environments
· Inbound call/service centre experience
· Administration/Data inputting
· Able to work alone and within a team.
· Able to resolve problems quickly and smoothly.
