For this position, all applicants should apply on the understanding that they are able to attend our Milton Keynes Office for 40% of the working month with the remaining time working from home / remotely
THE JOB
Varied contract types available
As a Customer Care Agent, your role is key in ensuring the smooth and successful running of our programmes. Customer Care is of paramount importance to us, so the primary function of your role will be to answer’ queries via hotlines and email, quickly, concisely and professionally – simply put, you will be responsible for ensuring any consumer in our programmes are kept happy.
The role will also involve regular administrative tasks including data input, first line telephone support to customers, and liaising with other teams within the business so an eye for detail is essential to succeed in the role as is the ability to multi task.
- To understand and adhere to all product processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer care processes
- Undertake and respond promptly to direct contact from stakeholders by telephone and electronic communication within customer care service level agreements
- Process orders; forms; applications and requests
- Ensure relevant information is recorded accurately
- Manage workload to meet customer care timeframes
- Communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with internal departments
- Support team members to foster a sense of accountability
- Uphold a consistent approach to customer care
- Identify and escalate suspicious activity on pre-paid card products and voucher redemption
THE PERSON
You will need to be well-organised, confident and motivated, with great attention to detail. Happy working in fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Our environment is fast paced so flexibility within the role will be key to ensuring we keep our consumers happy! Working as part of a team, you will be proactive in offering ideas and suggestions to improve processes.
