Customer Advisor - Starting salary between £21,700 to £26,800 (depending on hours, skills, and experience) plus additional benefits.
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working).
However, we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for enhanced 40-hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £26,800.
A bit about the job:
We are seeking experienced customer service and/or administration candidates, to support with client and customer requests within our Savings and Retirement division. In this role, the post-holder will be passionate about doing the right thing for every customer, an excellent communicator and be confident to challenge processes and escalate when necessary.
As Client Administration Support, you must be flexible in your approach and able to prioritise tasks with ease. This is a fast-paced role with fantastic opportunities for growth and development.
- This role is the key driver for Aviva’s growth is its annuity business. Aviva is a central player in both the working as part of a team, in delivering better business support, to enable better customer outcomes.
- Work under own initiative and prioritise a wide variety of tasks effectively.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers by telephone, e-mail or in writing in a clear, concise, and polite manner.
- Identify opportunities and own actions to improve processes and reduce failure/waste through root cause identification and what matters to the customer.
- Collaborate with multiple internal business areas to improve the customer journey.
Aviva uses “smart-working”, and the person in this role can be based within, Sheffield or Leatherhead.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Positive in attitude and keen to support the team and others.
- Strong customer focus with good IT skills.
- Proactive and can work at pace whilst prioritising workload.
- An excellent communicator both externally and internally among peers and colleagues.
- Pension experience preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
